Schedule of Public Seminars

All seminars and workshops are tailored to suit your company or organization's needs.

Before the event we will:

  • Make time for a phone consultation to discuss details
  • Learn as much as we can about you
  • Work with you to understand your goals for the presentation
  • Work with you to determine the best audio visual arrangements
  • Provide a brief introduction or bio for your materials

At the time of the event we will:

  • Be available to you during our time on-site
  • Be reasonable and considerate in use of travel expenses
  • Be available for a sound check and/or discussion of order of events
  • Pay attention to any speakers preceding us so we are in line with the day’s theme
  • Be on time, and in the room before the introduction
  • Present a lively and tasteful speech with the expected content and interaction
  • Be flexible to work with any unforeseen circumstances
  • Only offer books and tapes if we agreed to this beforehand
  • Stick to the time-limit and adjust if needed

After the event we will:

  • Invoice our itemized expenses in a timely manner
  • Be available for discussion on follow-up
